About The Founder

Jessica Crow is a yoga and meditation instructor and wellness practitioner based in NYC.
She uses her 20 years of experience working in the healing arts as well as her personal & professional studies in science and philosophy to construct unique and effective healing protocols that focus on shaping and redefining the whole being.
She has instructed students and helped train yoga teachers in NYC (with Sri Dharma Mittra of Dharma Yoga) and around the world- not only in the physical practice of yoga, but also focusing on the practice of compassion, intuition, and deep meditation.
Jessica’s teaching style is compassionate yet challenging, and is strongly rooted in developing body awareness (both mental and physical), breath control, and personal insight and awareness.
She is the creator of a meditation and goal-shaping technique called MINDSCAPING® that fuses together powerful healing exercises from the ancient science of yoga and meditation, modern-day Western medicine and evidence-based psychology and neuroscience. These complementary techniques assist in the pursuit of personal health, empowerment and transformation.
Jessica also holds a degree in human biology with a focus in behavioral neuroscience from the State University of New York, and is a graduate of the Swedish Institute in NYC and The Americana School of Thai Massage in Los Angeles. As a licensed massage therapist she is adept at intuitively blending techniques such as Swedish, myofascial, deep tissue, Shiatsu, Thai, medical massage, trigger point, energy balancing to create the most effective treatment for the individual’s current condition and help them to restore their body’s vital energy to a balanced state and facilitate deep healing.
She is the author and instructor of three professional continuing education courses for licensed massage therapists that are taught around the country, and she is the creator of a spa therapist training program that gives massage therapists around the world the skills to give a truly top of the line treatment every time.
Jessica has an extensive background in movement and dance (including ballet, tap, and contemporary/ jazz, and currently, West African Sabar). All of these unique experiences help inform her holistic style of teaching and the greater vision that absolutely anyone can learn to heal themselves.
